An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. cekap33 reserves the right to levy an administrative fee of RM 10 per month on inactive account balances, provided the remaining balance does not fall below zero. Members will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fees being applied.
